What happens if the 2026 harvest is poor?If we cannot deliver oil that meets our standard, every pre-order is refunded automatically. You take no harvest risk.

Will I get the producer I ordered?Yes. Your bottle is hand-signed by the producer you chose (Giuseppe or Nicola) and matches the variant you selected — no last-minute swaps.
